At the team roping event, the residents of Montgomery County strut their stuff, with the winners moving on to compete again in the Best of Montgomery County Team Roping Championship.
Even kids can get in on the rodeo fun! Fan-favorite events mutton busting and calf scramble give the little ones a chance to participate. Mutton busting is a junior version of a rodeo, with kids competing to see who can stay on sheepback the longest, while calf scramble is a chaotic delight as 15 calves are released into the arena for 30 kids to chase and attempt to catch.
